Q: When I order an item, how long before it will ship?

A: Most orders will ship within 48 hours. We are closed Saturday & Sunday, so if an order is placed Saturday or Sunday it will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, depending the amount of shipping we have to do. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail with an estimated delivery time, so you the customer can decide whether you would like to have the item placed on Back Order.

Q: How can I be sure that my newly purchased air gun has not been sold before & returned?

A: We guarantee that every shooting product (ie: gun/bow) is brand new in the box unused.

Q: If I buy an item and it breaks down before the warranty expires, what can I do?

A: It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with your purchase through its lifetime. We will assist you with your warranty claim in determining the quickest repair and return of your item.

A: Our company has been serving the outdoor sports industry since 1992.

Q: If I am looking for an item that I do not see on your site, can I request a price & delivery time?

A: Yes, Over the years we have become known for our custom orders, please contact us by e-mail with manufacturer number & description and we will reply with a price & delivery time ASAP.
